My paintings and prints since 1990 have been almost entirely based on the Southern Spanish landscape. I live and work with my husband in London and in the mountains near Ronda, Andalucia, where I am constantly intrigued by the shapes colours and patterns of the landscape. The contrast and connections between manmade objects - buildings, tracks, roads, pylons, telegraph poles - with nature. Recently I have become fascinated with fragments of the landscape reflected/framed in doorways, windows and mirrors.
